Application Form for Emergency Phones

Unique to the Charitable Recycling Program, used cell phone recycling benefits more than the environment. Our recycled phones are used for humanitarian relief as many donated phones are distributed to those in need of a direct link to assistance, providing battered adults, veterans, children and senior citizens with 911 (emergency only) services. 

Charitable Recycling will provide cost-free, rebuilt donated phones to those in need who can validate their requirement for emergency communication. Please complete the application form below for review and approval.
